Francisco Orchilles, CEO, President of the Corporation, is a Real Estate Broker licensed with CAM and has a masters degree in Accounting and Finance from the University Catolica  Andres Bello in Venezuela.  Francisco Orchilles has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management business since 1991.

Juan Carlos Orchilles, Vice-president and Controller of the Corporation, is a Real Estate Broker license and he has received a Business Administration degree from the University Institute in Venezuela. Juan C. Orchilles has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management business since 1996.

J&F Management Group is focus the necessity for more effective professional management of multi-family dwellings and commercial sites in Central Florida, while at the same time delivering owners a new alternative for more productive, efficient and high quality service to his residents.
